A Short Break & A Season of New Stories Ahead!

A little PSA - Skate Guard Blog is taking a bit of a summer/early fall break and will return to its regular weekly schedule in November. In the meantime, there are hundreds of articles about figure skating history to explore.

I've already written a whole slate of new blogs for the 2026–2027 skating season, so there's lots to look forward to!

Behind the scenes, I've also finished two new figure skating reference books that will be released next season, and I'm currently in the editing & layout stage for another new book, which is keeping me extremely busy.

Wishing everyone a wonderful summer - thank you, as always, for reading and supporting Skate Guard Blog. I can't wait to share everything that's coming over the next skating season! ⛸️
